The property itself is fine. They've got the basics down without being flashy about it. Everything works. There is a 24 hour cafe, room service at good prices. Active gym and sauna. Free airport shuttle. Things that you need in a location next to work stuff. But the staff takes it the notch above. The staff are just so courteous and kind. I went for an early check out and shuttle, first thing they ask is if I need an early breakfast. My god! Everything is fixed with a smile and a care for the guest. Pity not every hotel can be a jupiter.

Great hotel in a very pleasant neighborhood. Had the pleasure of staying here for 5 nights. I had a very late checkin around 1am. The shuttle servicemen met me right at the exit. The shuttle was fast and comfortable and provided for free by the hotel. I got a free room upgrade to a bigger room. The cleaning was done daily with free refill of bottled watter and all the needed shower accessories. All the hotel staff was extremely nice ad helpfull. The neighborhood was safe and comfortable to walk around ever for a single white woman :) A hat a free complimentary dry sauna visit but I didn't have a chance to use it. The bed and pillows were super-comfortable and the linenens and towels crispy white and fluffy. Slippers also provided. Safebox and kettle with tea and coffee in the room are available. The windows view was a bit strange but did not bother me personally.

It was a great experience, staff were nice and welcoming. I spent 3 nights there with my family.traveling with a baby is always such a big deal, but the staff made it much lighter, each time we went to the restaurant, they kept entertaining the baby, providing my wife and I sufficient time to eat and also feed the baby. As it was my wedding anniversary, I informed the hotel if we could get a tour guide to help us in the city, they recommended one and also further prepared us an anniversary cake to celebrate with us. I had actually booked a standard room, but getting to the hotel, we were upgraded to a deluxe suit. Indeed, their service was outstanding.

The staff in the hotel was very welcoming and friendly. They made the stay very comfortable and were open for any questions. The room was very spacious and had great amenities. The spa is also highly recommendable: I had a deep tissue massage that was very inexpensive and very good as well as the sauna.

The bed was like the one at home. Great mattress and excellent bedding. The shower is great and hot water always available. Free breakfast is good. I also had dinner in the bar on some nights. The price and quality were so good I decided to stay in. Please try the Chicken Sizzlers. The internet is good but if for some reason it does not reach your room they have another network which the engineer can arrange. This made for a great working environment. The staff are all very helpful and the rooms are very clean and comfortable. The gym has a good selection of equipment on the 3rd floor and so is not open to the public therefore always room to train.

very friendly staff, central location, lovely room with comfy bed. I was a bit worried reading other reviews, and yes, one day the hot water took ages to come (all other days in the week I stayed it was totally fine), and in some cases the rooms could do with a small refurbishment, but on the whole and for the price it was really nice and very comfortable.

Excellent hotel with a good price/quality ratio in Cazinchis.. The room was spacious and nice, breakfast was good. The massage i booked was really good and affordable. Staff is very friendly.

It was very well located for my work. The staff was lovely, very helpful. They offered a free airport shuttle and even met me with an umbrella when it was raining. I was given coffee as a welcome gift. They were also flexible on holding luggage once we checked out. The location near shops was also good.
